The most kindest staff that make you feel welcomed, one cashier sai who is a niqabi was the most wonderful sweetest server who made sure everything was perfect and welcomed for us along side her colleague Freya who made sure we felt welcomed and her service was out of this world, this 2 together were amazing in such a busy rush, but made sure that everyone got what they needed at an acceptable time. I seen another review being just plain racist, it is 2025 if you can open your mind then I suggest you don’t leave your house and stay away from people with different views and beliefs!!!!

Today, Sunday, December 21st, we walked into Nero Cafe in Stockport where a muslim person was acting as a cashier. The person was completely covered in black cloth and looked like his eyes were covered in black lace/cloth as well. Person was wearing glasses, but as customers we didn’t know who was serving us – male or female? Transgender? No appearance distinctions. If there was to be an incident or harassment in such a situation, how would people describe the person? This is not the Middle East, this is England in 2025. I believe that as customers we have the right to know and see who is serving us. If you can’t show your face or smile at customers, are you in the right job? Eye contact and facial expressions are part of good customer service. Could management please check the company policy and enforce the same rules for all staff without exception? Unfortunately, we had to leave because we don't want to be served by someone who has no face. No offense, but this thing needs to be sorted.

It's a quiet coffee shop in Stockport Town Center. It's not crowded and the staff were friendly, the taste of coffee is good. I ordered a pistachio latte, and unlike what I drank at the Disbury branch, it does not have pistachio itself, but it tasted good. It also smelled like pistachio. Maybe it was added pistachio syrup. If you want to enjoy a cup of coffee in a quiet atmosphere when you visit the Stockport Town Center, I recommend this place.

Sweet music, good prices and amazing staff. Also the presence of a toilet is anhuge olus for such a small cafe.

Nice little spot for a coffee and cake before enduring the shopping. On the Sunday I visited with my mum and sister, the service was good and team nice and polite. My only drawback was the toilet key and pot. I wanted to wash my hands after using the key as it has probably been used by many people and not all are totally clean. It is also put next to be the serving trays. Maybe put a different system in...key code entry or something. Apart from that, all was pretty good.

Great service and good quality drinks/food. A little overpriced but it’s okay I guess considering inflation. Definitely a great spot when looking for somewhere to relax and have a coffee

Been a couple of times here in previous trips to this town centre and a good location from the main set of high street stores, a big shop space for lots of seating to be found, regular queues and stuff available as at other stores, though this is the only one in this area of town. Great for a quick stop off while one are in town and more.

A warm jolly place to sit down with the kids after a long day shopping at merseyway. The quality of food/drink is outstanding. By far the best coffee I have ever had and the kids loved their hot chocolate with cream. They also have vegan options which was helpful for us because the wife is vegan.

Warm cozy, staff polite and helpful. Apart from the tables needed clearing and cleaning though. Found a nice window seat . Good selection of hot cold drinks and sweet savoury bites to eat .
