They have nice cakes, the cappuccino is not the best, but I definitely love the cosiness and the atmosphere.

I love this cafe it’s so full of character and charm. Set in the mill it’s open and airy with quirky wooden tables and chairs. The tea is served in beautiful cups and saucers with charming teapots and milk jugs. It’s a relaxed atmosphere and the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, always helpful and cheery. The food is always of a high standard and the vast choice of cakes is incredible. People of all ages come to enjoy the food, drinks and even the cards, dominoes and Connect 4 games. What’s not to love? With such a wonderful setting, great service and fabulous food it can get busy at weekends, I’m always amazed how wonderfully they manage, even taking time to provide a bowl of water for your dog! If you love character, a sense of history and want to take time to relax with a lovely cup of tea, call and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed ❤️

I always make a point to stop by whenever I’m in the area visiting family. The food is fresh and reasonably priced, the tea is strong, the staff are friendly, and best of all, there’s always a wide selection of cakes (including gluten free). Located in the back of the Vintage Emporium, it’s a spacious and welcoming spot with plenty of seating. There are even board games available, making it a perfect place to hangout and catch up with friends over good food.

Had the nicest afternoon here. Truly dog friendly, even brought a plate of ham out for our dog. Highly recommended.

Came on a Saturday afternoon, fairly busy. Stood first in the queue waiting to order for a good 5 minutes. Totally blanked by 4 members of staff so ended up leaving empty handed! Shame because the cakes looked half decent! If a member of staff had of acknowledged I was there I wouldn't have minded waiting!

2nd visit here and just as good as the 1st! It seems to be more popular than before and justly so. It was more busy, they could do with more staff but have to say not too long a wait and the food more than made up for it!

Great selection of cake and bakes as well as light lunch and snack options. The crockery matches the vintage feel of the surroundings - some quirky old china. The toilets weren't the best but otherwise a nice spot.
