   My partner had the carbonara and myself smoke salmon pasta , was all microwaved... very disappointed. Bland, tasteless and dry. Came out literally 3 minutes after ordering steaming hot from the microwave. Not worth the money, could have got a microwave pasta from tesco the same for less.

   Lovely spot to drink (alcohol or otherwise) and eat Italian style in the centre of Lakeside shopping centre. Excellent breakfasts, set lunches and other meals, including antipasti, and desserts. Italian beers and a full range of cocktails and spirits.

   Microwave food… really??? Very disappointed. Order a £13.00 pasta, that came in less than two minutes, before it landed my table I could see what was microwaved, confirmed by the waiter. Both pasta and a couple of bits of chicken felt like chewing rubber. Its an insult to customers, Italian cuisine and to chefs. By having someone in the kitchen dressed as one pressing buttons. It’s a pass for me.

   A cozy, clean atmosphere with outstanding customer service and a large menu of delicious Italian dishes with numerous vegetarian options such as the „Pomodoro e Mozarella" sandwich, which is seen on the pictures attached. Usually the sandwich is served with complimentary hand-cooked crisps and salad, but the staff had no issues adjusting the order to suit my taste. My company had a granola bar and a hot version of my sandwich which they thoroughly enjoyed. We are keen on returning and exploring more of the Italian cuisine available here, as we had a brilliant afternoon!

   Food was lovely and the customer service was amazing. Only downfall is that the food didn’t really match the picture regarding to the portion size. It was extremely smaller and it was a bit overpriced. But overall it was nice

   Went for afternoon tea - very responsive, very kind staff. Open faced sandwiches so unique and so tasty! Scones could be improved by having them warm, 1 jam pot and 1 cream pot each would be preferable.
