Poor service - 1hr before closing time they refused to give me a real mug saying that i had to have a takeaway cup. I refused , saying i didnt want to drink from paper. If you want real cups, dont go to Costa, save yourself some hassle.
The place smells so bad, like damp all the time. I don't understand why anyone would choose to sit in there and breathe it in, there is so obviously an issue I'm surprised it isn't a health and safety concern. My eyes were watering and had to walk out before ordering. Normally a Costa fan but I'd avoid this store, it's gross and there is a clean alternative opposite with clean air!!!
I came in today to Far for my latte in and had a latte. They give me a takeaway cup and the latte was delicious. Staff member was lovely

Ordered this morning on Uber, my hot chocolate leaked in the bag and all over my house, not realising my reindeer cake was stuck to the bag. Unfortunately, food and drink were cold, and my Christmas tree biscuits were broken in half.
Used to come in here often and really enjoy. Staff have now changed sadly. The ones they have now often bicker amongst themselves in front of you and are quite rude and unprofessional.
Plenty of open seats and welcoming staff. Food was very good and coffee is always good! ☕
My takeaway from Costa today was great quality. The service was fast and efficient, the store has taken all covid security measures and feels clean and safe. There are lots of food and drink options available, the cakes in particular looked delicious.
