Staff need training, ordered my drink and used one of the vouchers in app for a free drink. After it was accepted by the till (my app shows that the store has processed the ‘payment’ using the voucher) the guy kept saying it wasn’t valid because ‘I only had a partially stamped card’ even though the app will not issue a voucher until the card is fully stamped. He also just kept saying this really quietly. So avoid if you’re an app user because the staff know less about the system than infrequent customers.

Very slow service, only one barista was actually making coffee, the other was more preoccupied ordering stock on the iPad. Which I’m not sure why you would choose to do at peak time when there’s a queue rather than during a quiet period?

The Flat white was really good Sandwich as well! Also, staff members were really friendly and respectful.

Just called in for a coffee. The inside is looking a bit scruffy and dirty. There are only a few comfy chairs the rest look like they were reclaimed from a school. It's a good spot to wait for your train and watch Manchester go past the window.

I like Caffè Neros, they always have a unique style interior. This one, near Piccadilly Station has a very relaxing upstairs area. The lady serving behind the counter was very pleasant too.

I was pleasantly surprised with the back of it as I always thought it was a very small café nero. Service was fast and coffee was always with the same quality! Will come back again for sure!

For chain store standards the coffee was skilfully made and tasted good. I can confirm you can fit in here with a trolley and 3 suitcases which was ideal when waiting for a late train. Thank you

Really long line here because for some reason the same staff member makes a drink after taking a customer's order rather than one person taking orders and one making the drinks so customers don't need to stand they can sit and wait. I saw someone walk out because of the very long wait.

Always prompt, friendly and warm service... Food and coffee is what you should expect, although located within Piccadilly Station so no facilities. The place is open until 11pm so this is your best bet if you want a late night coffee and a tasty snack... The new lemon meringue tarts are awesome as well... Not too sweet and not too sharp... Just right...
