   My review from few months ago : "Can you please train your staff, new guy make me a latte not really hot, I asked him to do it a second time and it was almost the same, he wasn't able to use his machine correctly, also I had black dots in the latte. Frustrating. That happens to me again, I will avoid new staff now." Nothing change, always the same guy, not trained. It becomes very frustrating. The milk must to be steamed not just making hot. And latte should have a bit foam on top Information can help: "Making hot milk just means heating it (like in a microwave or pan), while steaming milk uses pressurized steam to heat and aerate it, creating a silky, sweet, microfoam texture with tiny, integrated bubbles, perfect for lattes, whereas regular hot milk is simpler, and "frothed" milk (often confused with steamed) is fluffier with bigger, separate bubbles. Steaming transforms milk's proteins and fats, breaking them down for a smoother, sweeter, more stable liquid that blends beautifully with espresso, unlike just heating it which can scald the milk" I spoke with the manager and another member of the staff remake my drink. Good customer service. All nice staff, just some need more training. Thanks again for the manager

   Today" Im absolutely happy with my visit in Costa Coffee Cheetamhill Manchester" it's just for a very simple reason! Divi and Nidhin made me a Delicious Coffee" which she have recommended to me. She truly knows her Stuff" She provides an excellent service and, Most importantly she is very Passionate, Polite" as well as very Professional.    I had a lovely experience at Costa Coffee in Cheetham Hill. The café had a calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it a great place to sit and enjoy a drink. The highlight for me was the chocolate café—rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious! The staff were friendly, and the service was quick. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the seating could be a bit more comfortable, but overall, it was a great visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   Customer service was good, but the tables were dirty. Also, trys were filthy. I don't understand how you have to pay extra for cream. you would never get that in Scotland. You would be asked if you wanted cream and not be charged an extra 50p for it. this is out of order, in my opinion.

   It isn't an area I tend to visit Cheetham Hill. But was glad to see a Costa. I called into Costa with a friend and enjoyed a good cup of coffee, i had a piece of chocolate cake as a free gift for my birthday from the app. The cake was stale and in fact the remainder of the cake should have been put in the bin! I left most of it. The entrance to the store was dirty and had not been swept or mopped in days! Even the outdoor seats were filthy as we're the tables. I expect much better from Costa. Some cleaning regimes need to be put into place ASAP

   Costa is Costa same great taste great location free parking perfect weather for a hot drink. Good variety and they even do a points scheme. Every little bit adds up. Staff are friendly as usual everything is made in front of you. You can't really go wrong with a costa to be honest.
