Fantastic coffee shop, lovely pastries and delicious home made cakes. 5 different strengths of coffee depending on what you want, and service with a smile from all the staff. Place your order at the till and you take a seat and they make your drink then bring it to you. Lovely touch, highly recommend βββ
The Cold Caramel Macchiato was really lovely. The coffee beans had a distinct flavour and it was very different to what I'm used to. I like that you have the option of choosing the strength of the beans. I forgot to ask the origin of the beans, but they had a tartness to them which we quite enjoyed. It's just a shame that the nicer looking desserts are not vegan or halal friendly. Customer Service is friendly and fast. No complaints there. And considering the location, the coffee was very reasonably priced at Β£3.70 as of the 30th of September 2025.
I had the pleasure of trying traditional Fredo espresso here, and it was incredible. Rich, strong, and perfectly brewed with β every sip felt authentic and comforting. The aroma alone was enough to wake me up, and the taste was smooth with just the right touch of bitterness. Itβs the kind of coffee you want to take your time with and truly enjoy. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates quality and tradition in their coffee!
Came here on the weekend and had a few coffees and cakes. For a chain coffee place this is really nice. Coffee choice of 4 beans is nice to have. Pastries were good and cakes nice too. Definitely would recommend coming here. Staff very friendly and welcoming too. Clean place definitely would come back.
If you are a coffee lover is the best place to have your coffee. Been there yesterday and honestly was amazing. Had Freddo and a cheese pie. I wonβt change this place never again. Thank you coffee lab xx

Stopped here on my drive to work to get a filter coffee. Shop wasn't busy at all but I waited 15 minutes for my order while the lady behind the counter faffed about with the slowest filter device/machine I've ever seen. After a long wait, I had to interject and tell the lady I was going to be late for work so couldn't wait any longer. She handed me a half full cup of luke warm coffee and off I went rushing to work after being messed about for a quarter of an hour. Contender for worst coffee shop I've been in.

Friendly staff :) good coffee. Not the cleanest. A bit too noisy given it's on the main road. Not many seats but enough sockets to bring your laptop and do some work for a short while.
