   Not a drive through. I came here because baby was napping in the car as advertised as drive through. It's not you have to park and go in ... So I was unable to go in.

   I recently visited your establishment and was disappointed with the experience. Despite the venue being quiet at the time, the service was noticeably slow. Additionally, I found the staff to be quite rude and unaccommodating. During our visit, my puppy barked once when someone approached us from behind. Almost immediately, a staff member came over and asked us to leave. I explained that it was a young puppy and had only barked once before settling down, but the response was abrupt and lacking understanding. I appreciate that you may have policies regarding dogs, but I believe this situation could have been handled with more courtesy and professionalism. The overall experience left us feeling unwelcome, and unfortunately, I would not consider returning in the future.

   Considering that there is no other Starbucks nearby in this neighbourhood, and this one is quite new, there are no problems at all. Clean, large car park, and plenty of space. Service is fast and pleasant, the only thing is that I ordered a vanilla latte, they forgot to add vanilla, it happens.

   It was a pleasant break for a coffee and a naughty slice of cake, both of which were good, during a bike ride. There is breathable air in there but that is as near atmosphere as you going to get.

   Never enough staff on at this branch! Always a que have to wait ages for drink to be made and then it's usually either just warm or wrong drink or forgotten half your order. Shame really as nice layout inside. More staff probably better service they can only do so much!

   MANAGEMENT: I went to this store today at 5:50pm and it was closed. On Google and your own Starbucks website it says it closes at 7pm. Either times are wrong or the staff are lazy and wanted to finish more than an hour early. Probably the hour early as the staff are always miserable when I come here… if you’re not happy at work and rude to customers, leave. Simple. This ain’t the job for you then. Go work at KFC or something.

   A brand new starbucks on the edge of a busy business park, well located next to the golf course. The ususal range of edibles and drinks, I am going for 5 stars, as although this venue has only been open 3 days, and the staff are still getting to grips with things creating that slightly panicked atmosphere, it is so wonderful to have a starbucks here and they are really trying. It's well fitted and well furnished, with a range of seating suitable for couples, groups, and even small meetings. The food and drinks meet the consistent starbucks standard. There is a nice seated area outside, and it would be wonderful if they could trim the hedgerows and reveal the view of the golf course beyond. The staff were very friendly and the building is really light and the tables aren't too tightly packed inside. The car park had filled up quite quickly (first Sunday afternoon open though) but there is a lovely walk around the golf course if someone wanted to make a trip of it.
