   Don't make the mistake of ordering from here you will regret it, cold food, late delivery times and terribly made coffee, can't even contact shop to ask why it's over an hour late because they hang up the line after they're fed up of it ringing. Abysmal service. update today again, given a pound back as an hour wait for a panini which was cold. great cheers.delivery driver was sat waiting for staff to do the order for half of that hour aswell.. god knows whats going on between these companies but nowadays its like thirty quid for two coffees and two sandwiches so losing that money isnt anything to be sniffed at. staff really need either training properly or need better communication with delivery drivers.

   I used to love going to this store almost every day, but since they have loads of new staff it’s been awful!! Drinks are always wrong and delayed cos they forget it’s on the side, very blunt rude staff (David I think his name is, bad customer service all round from him) and just a bad experience every time I go now. Sad really, the old staff were lovely and service was fab.

   Came in last week and was served by Beth, I think her name was. She made me feel very welcome, took the time to run through the different syrups they have and recommended me a drink, which I really enjoyed. The other staff members seemed lovely as well and the store was kept nice and tidy. Will definitely be returning in the near future!

   Visited today and was not impressed by the attitude of the staff, I was rudely told they had no spoons so to eat my cream with a fork, staff kissing their boyfriends whilst in the middle of serving and I even witnessed 1 member of staff shouting at 3 other members of staff, Ellie I think her name was, she was tutting and shaking her head at her co workers and what seemed to be arguing with them. Not professional at all and I shall not be returning.

   Dire non existent service. 2 saturday kids and 1 older girl. Utter chaos in a not-busy cafe. Wrong orders going out, food thrown across the counter to me, someone waiting 30 mins for a panini, girl with dark hair in ponytail was rude and surly to people. Boy serving was so slow it was like watching paint dry. Mugs left on all tables, so told we had to have paper cups. No proper supervision or training - it was shocking. Think Ill stick with Cafe Nero or Costa Coffee in Sale, staff there are polite and professional!

   Have been a few times now and love their pumpkin spiced latte. Definitely need some more gluten free options which are very limited. I also had to clear a table today as the three tables at the back had rubbish and used cups on them. There were about four members of staff so this wasn't great but five stars regardless as the place is lovely, staff friendly and drink delicious.
