   The food looks delicious, I hadn't yet enquired if my dietary requirements will be catered for. I had the menu open on my phone when I was rudely approached by the waitress. She already had a sour face, her tone was off and she abruptly asked if we were ready to order, I politely said on this occasion we are just taking a seat as my 18month needed to eat and myself being pregnant needed to sit. All the benches were taken which is why we walked all the way to the end to sit in the outskirts of the cafe. She rudely insisted that it was for paying customers only and demanded we leave. It is clear she needs lessons in social etiquette and common courtesy. I disregarded her ill approach fed my daughter as planned and got the little rest I needed.

   The cafe is located at a wonderful area with main road scene. The breakfast was nice, especially for Egg Benedict with Hollandaise.

   All the staff are welcoming and friendly. I go 1 to 2 times a week and get the same treatment. The food is always great and the latte is amazing, even when different staff members make it, it has the same consistency which is how I like my latte. If you are ever in Walkden pop in and give it a go.

   This place has been part of my youth growing up, It seems that what once was a well looked after and well run establishment is now being left to poor front of house staff with no professionalism and no care. The Food is absolutely fine, I have no complaints with Presentation and Taste. The Service however....Well! Unprofessional and Untidy appearance doesn't bode well, especially when your order is being taken from a Teenager who's dressed like they're hanging around an estate. Where are the Black Shirts, Trousers and Aprons?! Presentation and attitude is everything! Tables were left dirty for longer than 30 minutes before lazily being "cleaned", Customers seating themselves AT Dirty tables waiting to be served. The Place has fallen from grace massively and needs massive improvement! Bring back the original staff that actually cared about their customers rather than their Instagram followers... 2 stars only because of the Food being Edible.

   Beautifully cooked Avocado Special and Full English Breakfast. The staff took account of personal preferences, such as no sausage but an extra poached egg and also extra hot water for the tea. The food is always delicious. We've tried other options, including salads and omelettes, and the quality has always been good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very good customer service.
