If you want delicious, well-presented, amazing value food in a surprisingly cosy cafe, served by friendly staff, then this is the place to be. Yes, it's 'kerb appeal' ain't great, as it's within a former industrial mill building & amongst various small industrial & motor repair businesses. But so what - everything else makes up for that. AND their chips are authentic hand-cut, fried to order, + their rice is Caribbean style & both sre truly delicious (the chips were just like mam used to make & the rice as good as any I've tasted in Barbados!).

Love this cafe. As a veggie the soup of the day was chicken but the owner James set to and made me the most delicious mushroom and sweetcorn soup ever . The prices cant be beaten in this place (large full English £4.95) and the menu extensive with a mix of English and Carribean all sounds delicious. James looks so calm under pressure as he was alone cooking and serving when we called in but everyone served in no time..my favourite place to eat when in Bolton.

What a real shame about this place I did try to like it but everything was just covered in grease. The decor was outdated and it really did look like there was a fire in the place when I walked in. The extraction fans where not good enough for the amount of smoke that was in There.it was like being in ikon again. I decided to take away as I was worried about getting covered in old grease that was all over the cafe. The Owners need to shake things up abit and give it a major deep clean. And sort them fans out to prevent people from getting smoke inhalation. I did only have a breakfast so I'm not digging the cooking,They have a wide range of tropical meals on offer and also your local pub grub food. I would go back to try this food however the place was not welcoming at all and I wouldn't step foot in it until I know it's been updated and repaired.

Order large amounts once a week and food is always fab, all correct orders and piping hot. The Eggs are beautiful. The hot beef barms are to die for and I cannot recommend the salads enough. All excellent value

Great little café with excellent, friendly service and cheap prices. It's no nonsense good grub that will fill you up, all served up by a friendly team that make you feel very welcome. Breakfast for under £5 that will keep you full well past lunchtime. Can't go wrong.
