Went to my favourite coffee shop this evening after a long day and was treated horrible. Always in here getting my Frappe Latte, I know exactly how it’s made and how it looks but today was an awful experience. The drink wasn’t made right or looked right. When I told the lady politely that my drink didn’t look the way it was suppose to she looked at the drink twice then looked at me twice with the attitude. She told her coworker another girl who then asked me what’s wrong with it. They then exchanged looks and said fine we’ll do it again. Full attitude, whispered under the breath and smirked. Which put me off so I said excuse me leave the drink if it’s such a hassle and I then calmly walked out. This was around 6pm it will be on your cameras. I won’t be coming back here again there are other coffee shops. Very sadden since I really liked this coffee shop.

Caffè Nero at the Trafford Centre is a decent place to grab coffee while relaxing in the mall. It regularly feels less busy than nearby alternatives, which helps to give a quieter break while shopping. They have a variety of different seating styles, adding a colourful and unique feel to the café area. I ordered an Iced Pistachio Latte — it was cool to see it served in a real glass, which felt both more welcoming and better for the environment, but I wasn’t a huge fan of my drink overall. The pistachio flavour was far too subtle, and the coffee lacked any real flavour or depth. The service was a little slow, and I felt like I was just standing around for a while waiting to order, although they do support ordering ahead via the app, which I may use next time. The baristas seemed friendly enough. I would consider returning, for sure, if my favourites within the mall are too busy to get a table, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Don’t bother wasting your time. Sent a complaint to Nero re: this photo on Saturday and still haven’t heard back. Did order & collect and they only made it when they saw me waiting at the front of the queue. Toilets were a mess, coffee wasn’t even hot and started out sitting on a table but ditched it for a better atmosphere elsewhere. Will not be returning and will not accept “busy period” as a reason to breach health & safety laws

I ordered a frappe, and I got a watered-down mess of a coffee. Frappes are supposed to be thick, but what I got was literally just an iced coffee. It wasn't even tasty. It was horrible. Not to mention, the service was awfully slow, which I usually don't mind. But it wasn't even busy, and they were still taking so long only for them to serve a crap drink, lol.

Lovely early morning breakfast today, the cafe was busy already at 0920. The service was quick the food was served hot drinks were hot and the food was brought to the table. The restaurant was clean and the location was lovely. Christmas tree has been put up the Christmas feel is out , love it. Staff are lovely one even said is it too early for Christmas ? But what let them down was there was no soap in the loo’s! I went into two loo’s there was no soap first thing in the morning. It should have been replenished, if it had ran out. A replacement of a pump soap may be ? This is a let down!!! Restaurant has a lively atmosphere and the staff are pleasant. The decor is lovely.

I don't tend to bother with coffee shops these days but when I did it was always Starbucks. We decided to pop into Caffè Nero this time for a quick pick-me-up and I was pleasantly surprised. It seemed less up itself than Starbucks tends to be, and the drinks were nicer (and cheaper, I believe, though as I say it's been a while). I'd happily use Nero instead of Starbucks in the future.

We attended this cafe nero on a Saturday mid afternoon, so it was getting quite busy as everyone turned up for caffeine to fix their afternoon lull. Love a good nero, the coffee always tastes great. The staff are always friendly. Although it was really busy the staff were efficient, and happy. We even had a chat and a joke with them at the till. As I work in retail myself it can be very hard and sap your energy when it is busy and can be difficult at times to remain upbeat as you start to tire. We sat in, and the staff didn't stop the whole time we were there, the queue was just constant, so well done to them for working so hard. I don't think retail workers get enough credit for working like machines, however customers are quick to point out when there is an issue!

Really nice hot chocolate, the salted caramel chocolate brownie hot chocolate is delicious, a tad expensive but it's similar story everywhere these days.

Our favourite coffee shop!!!So happy it is open again. Great staff. Great coffee. I don't like any other coffee chain. Really clean and organised and even though the queue looked long (it always is) we didn't have to wait long to be served and found a seat straight away. Welcome back!!!
