   Had the Normandy paining, should have a portion of brie, but when it came it was actually more of an imprint of the cheese, actually didn't have any, neither did my friends, his just had a couple of slivers. Sent it back and they added the correct amount, but unfortunately then meant the bread was over cooked because they didn't make a fresh on. It's the main thing I go in for, not been in for ages, wouldn't go again

   The guy with the glasses that works on the weekend gave me a pre packed croissant from sainsburys after we bought a fresh one .£3 for aprocessed croissant because he didn't want to bake anymore .I find it so disrespectful and insulting I will never return when this man is working his attitude stinks and it's not the first time me or my family have had an issue with him

   Happened to visit this coffee shop on an evening walk to the town centre. Ordered pumpkin spiced latte and a gingerbread latte, both were way too sweet like dunked in sugar syrup, no aroma of coffee! Didn’t wanna consume any more of this sugar syrup. The atmosphere is good though won’t be visiting again.

   Great place for coeliacs. I really enjoyed my gluten free afternoon tea. Great decor. Nice atmosphere. The gentleman who works here is a real credit to this place and what a lovely person. He really makes the experience a great one! Will always return.

   Thank you for catering and putting on such fantastic spread at my mum's funeral yesterday. It went down a treat. Carol loved her gluten free and celiac platter you made up for her too. You added some joy to a difficult day. It was so good to have you cater for us since Lillys was one of my Mum's favourite places to go.

   I did like this place, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was overall of a good quality. The egg mayonnaise sandwich seemed to lack something, the Christmas sandwich was well filled and the bagel looked and tasted great.

   Been to Lily's 3 times and will probably go again. The food is lovely although it's a very long wait usually. The older lady on the till is quite abrupt and was the last time I went. The dessert selection is quite basic when I've been. Overall a nice place with a fantastic menu selection just wish the staff were more pleasant.
