Breakfast and food is still cheaper at Wetherspoons Eccles cross than Morrisons with no refills coffees. Food is expensive, Service is boring and atmosphere is Morrisons.

Never visited this one before was on route home from trip to an Italy. Always liked a Morrisons cafe. But this one was a terrible experience. Had to wait 1 hour for food to arrive and items missing. Staff looked clueless and loss. Manager was the chef and there was just no organisation. Staff were very apologetic due to long term sick for staff but just didn’t seem to have a system in place and was very chaotic. Staff standing around no idea what to do. Giving away refunds and lots of complaints was awful. Either get more staff or train your staff to their strengths.

You can always find the most unwelcoming staff members in Morrison don't you? Went to this seafood section and wanted to pick a seabass. Got told off by the staff WE ARE NOT OPENED YET! It's fine but you don't need to stress the time and give me a face. Politeness could be mutual you don't have to treat customers like that. Simple thing if you don't want to talk to your customers: put a sign in your section with the opening time! Let's alone it's not my first time to experience horrible people especially in the morning. Morrison you could do better on customer service.

It was my first visit to Morrisons cafe even though we love to do our weekely shopping here. Amazing layout all over and wide spread menu to soothe the taste bud while in rush to get things done. Recently tried tjier amazing food offer of a jacket potato called Henry too. I must say fresh brewed black roasted coffee was one of the best things available.

Honesty is the best policy. I won't be coming back for a breakfast. Overpriced when you add a coffee and orange as they dont come part of the ulitmate breakfast. Food is like a self serve buffet in the back that someone is dishing up. Cold mushrooms and undercooked hash browns to stale eggs that have been left under a warming lamp. Sausage and bacon where ok but I won't be coming back and I wouldn't recommend the breakfast service.......

Went today for late breakfast, was delicious. A bit time waiting, busy but staff was amazing and friendly. Didn't catch up any names, but all need a big pay rise working really hard in the kitchen and cleaning tables. Just a little thing to customers tidy up after self it cost you nothing and will do a difference. Thank you for cookie, my daughter love it.

Service at the cafe was fabulous. Massive car park. Only 1 type of vaseline and toilets smelt horrible. 3 star from me.

Completely different to how it was before, not sure if I like it. There are perspex screening Inbetweeners the tables. Now due to covid you order and pay for your meals before you enter the cafe. You also choose your table which is ok too. When your meals come they bring everything to you. On the whole it was ok. Food was goo and hot. I didn't have long for our meals to come
