   Had such a lovely time at Café W! Visited with a few friends and we were all impressed. The coffee was spot on — rich, aromatic, and perfectly brewed. We tried their muffins and cakes too, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. The ambience was warm and inviting, a perfect spot to catch up or unwind. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great coffee and a cosy vibe in the area!

   Absolutely love Café W! This place has such a relaxing vibe—perfect whether you want to read, work, or catch up with a friend. The coffee is top-notch (especially the flat white!), and the cakes and pastries are always fresh and delicious. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and never rush you.    Amazing atmosphere and great Customer service, food is well presented and great value for money, the range of food is comprehensive. They also do too good to go bags and you get a great deal at less than £4!!! Can't wait to go again

   Nice cafe to visit while in the bookshop. Only thing I can fault is our toasted ham cheese sandwich. When they heated it up, it was placed on a napkin so the melted cheese caused the sandwich to stick to the napkin.

   Nice cafe on the second floor of Waterstones. Service is friendly, although a little slow. Due to little space on the counter for serving drinks and food and the speed of the service, it means that the people behind in the queue will end up leaning over your cakes to reach the card reader, which is a little off-putting and potentially unhygienic.

   Found out just before leaving that you got a free drink with the book of the week son took advantage of his purchase and got a hot chocolate. His view was '*5 stars, really good especially with cream and marshmallows'. Staff were really friendly and atmosphere was nice. Would definitely pop in again for a drink after picking up some books.
