Coffee was ok. I think there are better places to get a coffee in Manchester. Staff seemed indifferent. What bothered me the most was that I paid 7£ for 2 poached eggs on a piece of sourdough bread. They had run out of avocado on a Thursday morning. I don't consider this place value for money.
Really good quality of coffee and reasonable breakfast menu. Love their porridge and mcmuffin. Probably best decaf coffee i ever had. Nice quiet corner so good place of people wants to talk. Overall very pleased with the pricing however, they keep adding 10% service charge without telling us prior to billing at the till. Probably it's better if asked rather than adding already.
Popped in for a quick breakfast before work after being recommended this place by a colleague. Exceptional pricing for what you get and everything came out quick and looked stunning! Coffee was incredible - think I've found my new go-to for a pre-work caffeine kick! We ordered Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagel and the Croque Madam with a Cold Brew and Iced Vanilla Latte with Oat Milk for reference :)
I’m impressed by the Hazelnut Praline cookie — just the right balance of nuts and chocolate, with the perfect level of sweetness. ☺️ (If I were being a little fussy — I’d love just a bit more of those crispy sugar crumbs!) Great coffee too. Would love to come back! :)
A hidden treat! No idea from the outside just how lovely (or large!) this gorgeous little coffee house is. Plenty of seating, if differing styles to suit everyone. Lovely food choices. Loads of vegan sweet treats too. Boozy drinks and delicious coffees. Try the Turmeric Latte and Beetroot Latte for an alternative sip of heaven. And the staff are top-notch, warm, extra-mile types who make for a welcoming environment. Loved this place!
This coffee shop is a great spot for co-working although you have to get down earlier in the day to secure a spot as it gets quite busy! You can probably find a seat around lunch time as people vacate but be quick. The music can be a little experimental but in the co-working area it's a little quieter so not too bothersome, and there's quieter spots if you need to take meetings. There's plug sockets under most of the booth seats and little lamps on each table. It was ideal in the heatwave as the air conditioning was a glorious escape and is an OK temp in winter but wear a jumper. All the staff are super lovely and friendly and although the coffees are slightly expensive you don't feel pressured to keep ordering while you work so I think it's fair. The cakes are great but would love more options for my sweet tooth and i havent eaten from the main menu yet. I love the coffee but my fave drink so far has been the roasted marshmallow hot chocolate which is a real treat...
Went there on the weekend. Such a beautiful place with plenty of seating area. I ordered a simple eggs on toast and a batch brew coffee. I spent £7.50 for the yummy breakfast. Would love to visit again whenever I'm in town.
Well cooked food and lovely coffee, not sure about ordering at the bar for what they charge. The smashed avocado and eggs royale was pretty good, the Foundation Benedict didn’t really work nor did the Green Machine smoothie.
