   On arrival there where plenty of spare tables however, almost every table was full of used coffee cups. After 40 minutes we left but none of the tables had been cleared. The counter wasn't busy at all and no attention was given to the cleanliness off the seating areas. Very poor.

   I like to work here when I'm on campus. The bookstore downstairs is well stocked and they have a variety of books and merchandise. Also a good spot to take a break or to have a chat with friends or colleagues. Recommend!

   It’s in a very nice location inside a bookshop. It can get a bit crowded during Uni lunch hour but the quick and friendly service makes up for it. The place is also clean. I got a pistachio latte which was delicious. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

   Went yesterday to get a coffee to go, unfortunately there was only one poor girl on her own, very unfair for her the queue was massive, I felt for her I don't know how it's possible to have 1 staff on a Saturday at 4pm I left after 5 min The book shop had more staff and bo customers lol

   Absolutely fine Caffe Nero in a bookshop. Gets very busy. Docking a star for one particular barista who tries to get everyone to try the single origin blend but never mentions it costs extra.

   You can usually get a seat but lunchtime gets busy. It's at the top of the stairs in the bookstore. The coffees are great and there's a good selection of food. I really wish it was a little cheaper since it's on a university campus but I like to come and study here sometimes

   Such a cozy Caffè Nero, it’s on top of a Blackwells so there’s books downstairs and upstairs! You can always pick up a book and read it in the cafe too. There’s a lovely view of the campus area too and it’s just a great place to be at - the baristas are all lovely too. I’ve been coming here for like 3-4 years now it’s always great
