   We always have a great time either Brunch, Lunch or Dinner. The staff is just the best they are always so welcoming, friendly and make sure they go above and beyond. Elena always make my day with her very charismatic personality. Desserts are delicious Pistachio cake and the Tarts are my favorite.

   Every time I’m in the center of Manchester, I simply cannot walk past this cozy café. Everything here is thoughtfully crafted: the atmosphere is warm, the food is exquisite and incredibly delicious, and there are wonderful halal options — you can truly feel that they care about every guest. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff for their attentiveness and kindness. But most of all, to the manager — an amazing woman whose dedication and hard work make this place truly special. It’s clear how much love and effort she puts into what she does: the café has turned out absolutely incredible. Thank you for everything you do. You’ve created a place that makes people want to come back again and again.

   Staff is great in any San Carlo. This is the main reason I keep coming back. This time we met lovely Jennifer, and she was amazing and managed to be the sun on a cloudy Manchester day. She made me a perfect Italian cappuccino and sliced our cake in two portions so there is no fight on how we ll split it . Staff is 10/10. Food could be a bit better though.

   Fantastic lunch here. The food was to die for and the freshly squeezed orange juice was gorgeous. The mozzarella focaccia was so flavourful and the strawberry and vanilla sundae was absolutely next level. Our server, Esin was so lovely and attentive and even surprised me with a piece of passion fruit cheesecake (which tasted incredible) as I’m halfway through my pregnancy and was out shopping with my mum. Will definitely be returning!

   We had the afternoon tea at Gran Cafe. The staff was very friendly and changed the set according to our dietary needs. The food was very good and considering the price was relatively cheap compared to afternoon teas from other places, it is probably the best afternoon tea in Manchester

   When my friends and I go shopping in Manchester, we always stop at this cafe. The food is usually excellent, and the service is good The cakes were lovely this time, but the service was poor. Staff were ignoring, and it appears they are not interested in serving customers. The proximity of the tables so ruined what ought to have been a pleasant ambience. It's disappointing that this was taking place. We didn't enjoy the environment. Unless they enhance the service, we wouldn't come back here.

   Lovely food and nice setting for a small cafè. Feel the service could be improved from the staff. The food portions just match the place i guess but the brownie I ordered was hard. If I return then i will try something else
