Me and my friend are I think beans biggest fans, we went when we were in Manchester for 2 days and we went both days. The atmosphere was pleasantly calming and the coffee is the best I have tasted. My friend also says the lemonade is the best she has had. Super cute barista too, We will definitely be back to bean next time we are in Manchester x

Very poor experience. Miserable staff - I felt uncomfortable ordering they were that unpleasant. Coffee served absolutely boiling. Took more than 10 minutes before I could drink it, and had a bitter / burnt taste and not enough milk for a latte. Not worth the price. No secure WiFi despite being in a business hub. Wouldn’t return

Super workplace coffee shop in Exchange Quay. Easy to drop in for coffee with a group - never a long wait and very quick service. Great quality coffee, and 50p off when using a reusable coffee cup. Many other options such as alternative lattes and teas. Also new cakes & pastries available each week. Small seating space downstairs, or large benches and sofas for groups upstairs.

I recently visited Bean Coffee and was quite impressed with the overall experience. The cafe boasts a nice, clean environment with a modern design that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel right at home. However, I did find the prices to be a bit on the higher side, which could be a consideration for some. I ordered a tuna sandwich, and unfortunately, it was dry with one side of the bread being stale. On a positive note, the apple juice I had was crisp and refreshing. Overall, Bean Coffee has its strengths in ambiance and service, but there's room for improvement in the food quality.

'Popped' in for coffee. Not overly busy. Pleasent welcome and service. Coffees were 'far better' than certain large high st chains and reasonably priced.

Went on Thursday afternoon ariund 1pm Service is lacking, The woman working today continues talking to her friend while I'm waiting at the counter for at least a few minutes. Finally says she will be with me shortly but doesn't bother to make eye contact and says it under her breath. Coffee isn't bad but I'm a mocha fiend and this is another powdery one.

I am only rating the coffee here, their flatwhite is hands down one of the few bests in Manchester. Service was ok, café is nice, price was very good compared with other big chains and small cafés.

A nice little place and a great location if you work in the Quays. Cold drink selection could be better but that is a small grumble! The vegan cheese and mushroom toastie is amazing and the staff are always friendly. Would reccomend if you work close to this place.
