   I would like to kindly point out that any changes to opening hours, such as an early closure, should be clearly communicated on the store’s website or social media. I made a special trip to this shop to purchase a specific pair of shoes for a styled photo shoot, only to be informed upon arrival that the store was already closed – despite the information online indicating it should still be open. Unfortunately, this experience was quite disappointing and came across as unprofessional. I am unlikely to use this store again as a result.

   Honestly couldn’t be more amazed with the impeccable service Scarlet has ! She had been extremely helpful in recommending and giving me her own advice on what would pair very well with my boots . And I honestly have never left NewLook with such a smile . She was honestly so lovely and we chatted for a while in which she told me her favourite costa order and I HAD to try it ! I must say, her almond caramel hazlenut latte order is fab !

   The worst customer service. One person on the tills and the que kept building up. She could see people were getting frustrated and still didn't ask for any additional help. Had to drop my item after waiting 20 minutes in the que.

   I rang up as struggling to get a wedding dress, spoke to Holly - who was extremely helpful and gave some suggestions too, very polite and courteous , I have two dresses as options to try. What a credit to your organisation, other companies could learn form this lady, just delightful, "thank you", definitely work more than five stars!!

   My local new look, it’s good but doesn’t have many 9-15 generation clothes. But the lady’s downstairs is very good, they have lots of nice clothes that are in fashion and the staff are lovely. Also the accessories section is amazing and I can always find something to pick up from their when I go to this new look!
