   This store it’s probably one of the busiest primarks I have visited. Would not recommend going during peak times as it can be quite overwhelming. Unfortunately a few things let this store down, the clothes on most railing were not even on the railing, and there was a lot of clothing on the floor. At the checkout there was only 3 members of staff which meant the queue was over 15 minutes long. I think the management should really step up and elect the right number of staff per shift because the staff were struggling to stay in top of it all (no fault of their own) with how busy the store was. Other than that, it is a big store and offers a large variety of styles and sizes. The home section is brilliant and so is the skin care and make up, it’s cheap and great if you’ve got children just getting to that sort of thing.

   During my visit, I attempted to purchase a pair of jeans that were clearly marked with a £10 discount sticker. However, when scanned at the till, the jeans came up as £14. I politely queried the price and asked for a refund or price adjustment based on the sticker. Unfortunately, the staff member who served me, named Claire, responded in an unnecessarily rude and abrupt manner. While I understand that pricing errors can occur, I believe there is no excuse for poor customer service. A simple, polite explanation would have sufficed, but instead I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. It takes nothing to be kind and polite to people.

   Unprofessional treatment of staff..overhead a staff member asking permission to get a drink..to be told should wait till their shift was over in 30 minutes, conversation went on for a couple of minutes, in front of customers! Staff member could have had an underlying health condition. Primark is that how you treat your staff! There were plenty of staff on the shop floor at the time. Shameful way to treat your staff Primark, undermining a young member of your team infront of customers, think you need to retrain your supervisors! I put my items back I was going to buy and left they store..you lost my custom today. To the young man that was spoken to that way, find another job you deserve better, you were so polite!

   Big store, better laid out than Stafford. Great range of children's clothes too, only downside on this visit was management bumping into our pushchair knowing we were there then rudely blaming us. Apart from queues good store.

   Awful customer service after spending over £150 and visit regularly I asked if I could change a pair of bottoms that were too small (had the receipt as they were a gift) we were 1 day over the 31 days return or exchange policy, I totally u derstand primark rules but the manager needs to put a smile on her face and be polite as she was so rude wouldn’t let me explain or even speak. Customer service was awful and I definitely won’t be returning to this store. Such a shame because the girls are lovely there manager needs to set by example.

   Beware! The changing rooms are now unisex, so a couple of weeks ago my daughter was trying on clothes when this polish guy looking for his girlfriend decided to pull back every curtain looking for her and exposed my daughter! Disgusting! We were kso angry all we got was an apology but anything could have happened thank goodness it didn’t but still upset my young daughter. Protect women’s spaces

   Three stars because it is big, clean and staff were very helpful. I went there to buy a neck tie and to my surprise they don't sell them. In fact there was very little in the formal men's wear. There was plenty of variety in casual wear. My top tip is to not waste your time going to Primark if you are after formal clothes.
