One of the best Costa's in the country if you were to ask me. An excellent team overall and what makes them stand out from other stores like the one in Bangor (Next) is that they assemble and serve up an excellent coffee. You can tell they care and that their trainers do a good job inducting new staff to maintain excellent standards. Da Iawn!

A good costa! As most of them are. Staff, cheerful and polite. Coffee of consistent quality. Indoor and outdoor seating - sheltered from the rain. Clean inside and spacious. Very bright as the walls are all window! So a good place to watch the world go by, or as it turned out, various meetings and people using it as a workspace.

Just tried the Autumn Hazel Late! Bit sweet but definitely recommend! Like the relaxing vide, not a lot of people either. Great for someone who just wants to enjoy an afternoon snack or to do some creative writing.

I love coming in here and come in most mornings with my neighbour. It is always clean, thereβs usually no issue finding a table and the staff are very friendly. The manager Nicole deserves a mention as she is very friendly and her colleague Hannah. Itβs worth getting the Costa App if you visit often to get a free coffee with each 10 loyalty points and bring a reusable cup as you get 2 points instead of 1 if you use it. There is a tram stop nearby if youβre visiting the area and the BBC is next door. Thanks for reading.

Very Rude & Abrupt Staff !!! I don't know the member of staffs name but it was a female with with a pony tail and glasses around 20 years old. I came in for a Ginger Bread Latte and then the member off staff started being rude when I asked for the Ginger Bread Man that is advertised and comes included with the drink. The member off staff was being pathetic arguing that the very small Ginger Bread Man wasn't included even though there is tv sized screens advertising the drink with a Ginger Bread Man. I have been visiting the Costa Coffee Media City every week for years and years ( long before the rude women serving ) and expect the staff to be polite as I'm a regular customer. I would recommend people visiting Costa Coffee in the Salford Quays Shopping Centre were they are much better service.

Nice Costa near to Dock 10 party of Media City. Clean, great service, usual range of food and drink available. Reasonable amount of seating.

Good service by the two ladies who served us. Both were very kind and efficient in getting everyone's orders done in a timely manner during a busy Thursday night of football fans attending before the night's game.

Good for breakfast or lunch, or even a quick snack. The staff at this particular location are lovely. Always happy to help and very friendly and chatty. Good spot to work too when it's not too busy. Can get a bit busy at lunch and the queues can become long. Try get in just before the breakfast or lunch rush. Wait times have always been decent but if you want a quick lunch defo choose the right timing. They do lovely specials at Christmas - drinks and cakes. Always a winner and would recommend trying them.
