   I've not had any issues with the place or staff, as they work at some pace here. Many customers turnaround and all the time, only 2-3 minutes of kind of less influx every half hour. Place is reasonable by comfort and size, but again, always full and hard to find a spot to sit, especially when one person occupies a table for three. Only thing to point out is the fact that 3/4 of staff working here are just too quiet for this loud place. It is very loud in here and sounding like a mouse shouting anyone's name creates a confusion with 6 of us running to the counter to pick up our order. Starts at the till when they ask a question and in a little mouse voice. I proceeded to ask a question what is inside of specific drink and reply was too quiet for me to know, so I just thanked and continued on my merry way. Then when we stand there they shout a name quietly whilst looking away from us sounding even quieter. That is the only thing really, us customers are always confused who the order is for and we do talk about it loud enough for you to probably hear.

   The past 3 times I have been I have been given the COMPLETE wrong order. When I specifically ask for no cream they put cream on it and give me a small when I paid for a large. They forgot to put caramel in my caramel Frappuccino so it had absolute no flavour. It was pure ice the past two times with no flavour when I asked them to fix it the man remade it the EXACT same with NO caramel, rubbish service rubbish drinks can never make them correct.

   They gave me the wrong drink and wouldn't listen when respectfully approached. I asked for the chocolate mousse latte and was given some nutty toffee kind of drink. Politely approached the staff expressing the issue and was shut down completely. They wouldn't listen, and said 'that's just the drink'. I have had my order several times and knew this isn't what I asked for. Disappointed with the staff and their customer service.

   I ordered an iced green tea lemonade, but the staff didn’t even repeat my order back to me. I noticed the staff looked a bit confused while making the drink, but at the time I didn’t think it was related to my order. After I got my drink and had been drinking it for a while, I started to notice a strange minty taste. When I checked again, I realized they had made me a Mint Blend Tea instead. I had never even heard of that drink before, but that was funny tho.

   Unfortunate experience, the label machine broke whilst making the drinks. But rather than communicating this and checking everyone had their drinks they just waited till people got frustrated. When I highlighted I'd been waiting a while they then took my order but got it incorrect and I'd been waiting over 20mins. Its not good customer service to not be aware of people waiting or just communicating there had been a problem. Needs to consider being more aware of the over way the service is running. Then making the correct drink when your under pressure.

   Tried the coconut latte, really good. Sausage bap, not the best but dont expect them to be. Blueberry muffin more than made up for it, delicious!! Nice clean cafe, nice staff

   Coffee is always perfect from Starbucks. Temperate just right. You can get the standard coffee options however they usually have some seasonal coffees. This one is positioned in the Trafford centre and has brilliant staff. It’s pretty quick with service. Majority of the time it’s clean however during the busier times the table may have old cups on. Best to clean up after yourself! Often busy so you might not get a seat if you’re planning on dining in.

   Lovely Starbucks in the Trafford centre. Good service even though the post Christmas sales were in full swing. Great friendly and cheerful staff. Fab coffee as ever.

   Very friendly staff. Excellent and very organised social distancing measures in place. Very quick at preparing the drink. Recommend you order ahead on the app for 45p off!
