   I got served by George today and received fantastic customer service. I wanted to try the iced white chocolate caramel macchiato but I wasn't sure if I would like it. George kindly offered to make me another drink if I didn't like it. The drink was very nice and needless to say, I didn't take him on his offer (and I wouldn't have, even if I did not enjoy it as it was my choice after all!). However, it was very thoughtful that he wanted me to leave with a drink I'd enjoy. I would return to this Starbucks just because of the outstanding service I receive.

   Though we enjoyed Christmas special coffee and cake. The young lady serving was a little inpatient and did not really listen. We were deciding what cake to have, and she just kept repeating herself. Many tables were also dirty. Loved that dogs were allowed though.

   Food was hot, tasty and gluten free. Coffees were perfect. Hot chocolate was perfect. Jake cleaned the table for us and prepared my sandwich. Liv made our drinks.

   Can't fault service or staff. However there was a chap clipping his fingernails in the seating area. Would have been nice if one of the workers had requested he stop. It was disgusting.

   When staying in store I like my coffee in a proper mug rather than a cardboard cup but I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve been given my coffee here in a cardboard cup when I’ve stated I’m staying in. The same thing happened again the other day and when I pointed it out was told they just automatically go for the cardboard cups. They then offered to pour my latte into a mug which ruins it, or make a new one which is a total waste of resources. A few weeks ago I ordered a croissant which I was given on a plate, and a coffee in a cardboard cup. When I complained I was told they thought I wanted a takeout - did they think I was going to walk down the street with my croissant on a plate?! The store itself is very nice, large and spacious and the coffee is the usual Starbucks quality, my favourite. If the problem with the mugs could be sorted out it would be perfect.

   Had a coffee latte which was same price as Costa but in a white mug which was nice touch. Unfortunately most of the tables were dirty I if I was not on my own would not have stayed. The room is ok very long and light but the chairs not very comfy. Great to have a shop open in the village but think I will go Costa for now

   Very spacious and seats well apart. Reason for downgrade to 3 stars, store does not accept cash. Had to wait to be served with what appeared to be no one else waiting and the coffee was wrong to ordered.

   Very modern looking Starbucks with high ceilings and lots of light. It would be nice to see a bit more colour, but does provide a nice calming environment. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and although they were rushed, still took the time to apologies for the delay and made sure my order was OK. My drink was delicious as always.
