   I had a wonderful experience at the Waterstones café in Deansgate. I was served by Nia, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout my visit. She made me feel so welcome, and her helpfulness really stood out. I ordered an iced matcha, which was absolutely delicious, and the relaxed atmosphere made it the perfect spot to unwind. Thanks to Nia’s warm service, my visit was extra enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

   Seating area and atmosphere are lovely. Staff are talkative and helpful, even offered to split one of the tables for myself and my partner as there were no more seats available. My coffee was beautiful, fit the vibe immaculately. Will be visiting again, and would recommend to any book-lovers!

   My son spent over two hours in the spacious bookstore. The store is large enough for him to sit down and relax. We ended up buying two English workbooks, a soccer book, and an earth-shaped ball. The cafe is very popular and the seats are always occupied. However, since it is not possible to read books from the bookstore before buying them, everyone was doing work they had brought from home. It's quiet and spacious, so I think it's a good use.

   Lovely little cafe, one of my favourite places to come to for a coffee and cake while reading. It's a very chilled out atmosphere and for people who are a bigger size, they have some comfy chairs without arm rests, and a couple of sofas! The staff are really friendly too!

   This used to be a nice cafe to grab a drink and a cake in a friendly atmosphere.. but now the staff are just weird giving off this vibe that there're just annoyed to be there and how dare customers want serving.. ugh.
