   Had a flat white and a coconut latte but manager being rude punched normal latte. Good thing is that barista heard my order right and made a perfect coconut latte for me. Dawood was his name great kind guy. Best flat white though.

   Went in to use laptop to work… got given the wrong order (oat milk not coconut) but the guy serving was so rude and miserable I couldn’t be bothered going back. Nice lady server though. Place was clean and tidy

   i’ll order hot chocolate butt they give me rong one ill go back after 5 minutes, with coffee ill tell her you give me rong coffee she said not and she said we close the machine we do nothing no refund ill just put coffee in to counter and coming back the staff is very rude ill naver go this branch again

   Needs a good clean! The cups we had were dirty and the tables weren’t wiped! The high chairs are vile! Coffee is fine but but please clean the place!

   For 2 weeks running my weekly “to stay” coffee has been served in a disposable cup and when I complained to he first time they threw it away to make another. The world has enough waste without this kind of carelessness.

   Absolutely disgusting in here. The young girl behind the counter had such an attitude there were 3 young lads in there and they ordered their drinks and the young girl made them wrong so the young lads complaining explaining politely and the young girl had such an attitude with them. I had to say something.

   Lovely coffee shop. Generally nice & tidy. It does seem as though the staff are more interested finishing their conversation than serving customers. Also the collection of pots and cups seems be solely down to what they can see from a eye and is not consistently walked around and wiped down. As a former worker, some well needed customer service courses are needed ❤️
