Lovely shop which has nice outfits to suit everyone including plus sizes. I choose an outfit easily and as it needed amending they sorted out the adjustments by contacting their tailor. It was ready for when I needed to collect it. Perfect service.
Sorry, if someone does not like your dress, then do not force them and still they do not buy it, then you cannot behave rudely because if someone likes the dress then they will definitely buy it, especially the lady who works at the shop, you should pay a little attention to your behavior.
We brought many beautiful outfits back when my siblings got married a few years back, not being from Birmingham I popped into get some advise as I was looking for Chandi Nose studs, and the jewellers were not very helpful in Smethwick, and Reena the owner kindly said she would get some from a jewellers that uses in Southall, which something they would not normally do. I was so impressed of the customer services and thankful as I was struggling on the type I wanted. Great customer services :)
Reena served me and my mum and made us feel so comfortable and her customer service went above and beyond. The pieces were beautiful, I was spoiled for choice. We were impressed by the range of ready made sizes available. In the end I picked two beautiful outfits and Reena managed to quickly get them altered for me. The whole process was so seamless and smooth. I appreciate her assistance and can’t wait to head back for some more outfits. Thank you so much x
