Trivial was SO helpful when I went to Hobbs to buy a wedding outfit. She went above and beyond to help me get the perfect items!! Thank you SO much Tricia, you're an absolute asset to the store and your knowledge knows no bounds.
Terrible experience. I stopped tk look at a jumper on a rail. I thought it was in the wrong place but I had already thought that the person the sales assistant was helping ( who had now gone into the changing room) had probzbly looked at ig and left it there. I heard the assistant walk towards me and shd then stopped with her hands on her hips waiting to put the jumper back where ig should have been. I just walked out...but I can't understand why you would make someone feel so uncomfortable and lose the £££ sale of a jumper??? Just really poor experience.
I visited the Merry Hill store today, and was helped Ama to find the perfect, professional outfit for me. She had oodles of patience, and couldn't do enough to help, guide and find the perfect items. Thank you!
Hobbs - Merryhill I’m not a seasoned shopper prefer to shop online however due to my son’s wedding I needed to get it right. Tricia and Jenny were absolutely life saving for me giving me good advice and helping out with options. I couldn’t have done it without them . So thank you so much you two I will definitely visit again .
Both times I've visited Hobbs at Merry Hill, the team have been so helpful! I had to return a navy outfit because of a possible clash with the bride's mother's outfit (I'm mother of the groom), and Tricia suggested outfits I would not otherwise have considered. I had already bought navy shoes and a bag, so needed an outfit that would look right with these. I would NEVER have considered a pink outfit, but this is what I ended up with and it looks fab with the navy accessories. Just need to go back for the hat now :). Tricia was amazing and gave brilliant advice!

Purchased a lovely pair of wedge sandals. Wore them a few times and the right shoe developed a loud squeak. This was noted by colleagues and rather embarrassing. When I returned them I was question by the manager as the store have sold hundreds and have no complaints! Totally irrelavant, My shoes have the problem, its not a squeaky foot Ive not noticed for 57 years....Shame because the sales staff are so friendly. She did exchange after the uncomfortable conversation, 'well I'll go and see if I've got another pair' I wasn't looking for a refund, I love the shoes. Rubbish customer service. Wouldnt trust buying Hobbs again it was an uncomfortable experience. Sorry

Bought a beautiful and good quality dress for my daughter's wedding. The service was first class. Especially the lady with the red hair, nothing was too much trouble.
