   I am a passionate Mango shopper, their clothes is stylish, contemporary and top quality. The new manager Michelle is pleasant to approach and talk to, she is helpful has a lovely smile and is fair. Her staff Tish on the tills was also friendly and gave good customer service. One can be sure they will get a very good shopping experience in Mango store

   I have always been a fan of Mango and love there is a store in Merryhill. Customer service wasn't great until more recently. The new staff smile and are friendly, which makes a huge difference. But i especially want to say a massive thank you to Tatum, who has been amazing with me every time I have been in the store. Tatums customer service is the best and is a huge credit to Mango. So thank you Tatum! I will keep coming back.

   Staff are miserable and very unhelpful. Visited the store to collect my click and collect order. Staff made no effort to find my order, kept saying it has been sent back. I rang customer service whilst still in the store, who advised the order is in the store. I again asked the young girl who again made no effort to help. Seemed like the store manager and 2 sales advisors weren't bothered at all. Absolute disgusting service. Customer service again confirmed order was in store. Recommendation if you want anything from this brand, order it online to your home address. Not worth your time visiting this store and frustrating yourself with the s**t service they give.

   I would give 1 star if I could, brought sandals, wore once only, after such the material was falling off the shoe (in areas not associated to wear and tear) Manager is clearly not trained in fault and just said no you can't bring back without look close at shoe! Shocking. I now have to send to HO for them to review. Don't go to this store as a consumer your not covered due to incompetent manager.

   Staff attitude is shocking, and why do they still close at 6. Rushed here after work (after already trying to come last week but it had closed) for the manager to give me a 'computer says no' response. No help, I suggestions, may as well replace them with self service checkout, at least they could program it to have some manners.

   I visited the store this morning to collect a parcel that has taken three weeks to arrive. I didn’t mind that it had taken so long for the parcel to arrive as I realise things are taking longer than usual at the moment. Unfortunately the attitude of the store manager (she told me she was the manager) Was the worst attitude I have encountered in my 33 years on this earth. She was rude, unhelpful, ignorant and should not be working customer service, which I informed her of. I was only trying to collect my parcel and was told it hasn’t arrived in store even though I’ve had an Email sent to me five days previously, saying it had arrived. There was no apology for the parcel not being there she didn’t try to help or fix the situation she would rather just argue with me. I think the staff at this whole store needs retraining/rehiring and I will be reaching out to the regional manager at Mango to discuss this further.

   I was in this store with my daughter and at 17.40 20 minutes before closing she had selected circa £100 pounds of clothes which she had every intention of purchasing. Unfortunately the saleswoman advised her that she could not try the items on and in fact the changing rooms closed 1 hour before shop closed. How ridiculous is that. No wonder high street stores are closing at the rate they are if this is what they offer as customer service.
