Brilliant pub best pint around. Happy friendly staff and massive beer garden with family days that are great
Bar staff , the older blonde woman, is rude and not helpful . Not enough bar staff on. when pub puts on an event to cater for the public . I will not be going there again when an event is on . This was 12/4/25
Absolutely massive beer garden at the back. Came after leading a walk with 25 people. We were all served quickly. Stayed for some live music later. Top pub.
Went on a lovely walk with a friend, stop at this lovely pub and was greeted with a lovely lady called Kirsty. I'm not from the area but will be coming back especially to see Kirsty. Pub was clean and spacious very welcoming. Even got to speak to some of the customers and If you see this Kirsty wonder how that couple got on with there Date
Robinson’s are not to my liking in general yet this pub is still a marked improvement from the other pubs in the area

Had a good night in here on Saturday. Met up with my brothers and wives. A nice friendly old style pub. Staff and customers were very welcoming. There's a beer garden and bowling green at the back. We will be going back again.
Our motorbike club (Triumph Owners') meets here on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month. A traditional pub with lounge, tap room and snug. Sensible prices, easy parking in the generously proportioned car park, and the food is well above average
