   Love this shop and the bonus points you get. The jeans are always a good fit and come in different leg lengths, and styles. Always buy my aunties birthday gifts from there. Good for younger people too.always worth a pop in. Plus very friendly staff.

   Thank you! A massive thank you! I work within a supported living set up and a staff member was in your store on Friday buying items for one of our clients birthdays, your staff member had asked to see the name on the card. We explained it was a carers card and got chatting about the birthday and so on and so forth. When our staff member had finished they had left an item on the till and totally forgot about it! Today one of your members of staff have not only dropped the item off to our clients home they also went above and beyond by wrapping it in a gift bag for her birthday and writing a very nice message on the gift bag! So thank you! I’m sure this will make our clients day tomorrow when she opens it and we tell her the story about her pjs made their own way from merry hill to kiddiminster with the help of your staff! We really do appreciate it!

   Poor customer service, told one thing by one supervisor & then a different story when i go back as requested. They really need to improve their helpfulness as its a very competative world out there. They need to re look at their notices too as they are misleading and surely Trading Standards would have something to say Will never buy from that shop again.
