Had another great lunch at Greyhound Inn, fish ,chips and peas absolutely delicious, definitely the best North West pub for meals, atmosphere and service everyone should try this fabulous pub out you will never be disappointed.
Lovely pub , friendly staff,good selection of cask ale etc, recommend for any traveling away football fans to visit plus near to ground
We went to the Greyhound Inn for Mother’s Day and had the roast dinner, it was absolutely delicious. The beef was tender & vegetables cooked to perfection. It was the first time here but not the last. All the staff / servers were really friendly and on the ball. The beer garden is huge too and as it’s high up in the summer will be even more perfect. 12 out of 10.
We turned up as a party of 5, late notice on a Sunday evening after a long drive from the West Country. Despite the kitchen about to close, the lady who served us was extremely accommodating and we were soon served with absolutely lovely Sunday roast dinners; delicious food and plenty of it, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely atmosphere and a nice clean and friendly pub.
Not been in here for a while. Refurbished to a high standard. JW Lees beers in great condition. Staff pleasant and efficient. Clean facilities. Good crowd in for a Sunday afternoon. Will definitely be visiting more often.
Lovely friendly staff made us feel very welcome, great pint, only reason for not the full 5 stars was a security guy outside claiming we havnt used the pub and was only there for the parking(we was in the pub 2 hours), he was ridiculously rude and made us feel rather uncomfortable, we were here with york city for the football a couple weeks back.
Best pub in the northwest and by far the best pint for miles around..lovely atmosphere with friendly staff.
I would just like to say what a brilliant night at the greyhound tonight for new year so well organised it couldn't have gone better bar staff and waitresses all did the pub proud great singer thank you Tracy and paddy 10 out 10 .
Nice cozy pub now its been refitted. Good Tuesday night quizz. Staff very friendly. A good pint too. Highly recommended
