    Awful store experience I purchased a top and returned it a week later as unsuitable. I always pay using Google Pay. At the till, they asked for the card I paid with. I explained it was Google Pay, and when I tapped my phone to process the refund, they claimed the number didn’t match. I explained that Google Pay generates a different card number for each transaction, but the two staff members refused to accept this and denied my refund. Customer services have been no help either. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

    Terrible experience. Ordered and paid for two dresses. No response. Went to Stourbridge store, apparently computer error. Reordered, went to store to collect. Store cannot find them. Not good enough. Poor service. One star is one too many.
