   Good holiday atmosphere at Boxing Day lunch. Good food served fast and hot but spritzer is flat. Many holiday menu items and drinks are out of stock, likely due to the high demand on Christmas Day. Do not recommend to go after holiday.

   We visited on Saturday for Breakfast with Santa with my niece and nephew, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was lovely, and the atmosphere was warm and festive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and worked hard to keep the Christmas cheer going throughout the morning, ensuring that everyone was enjoying themselves. The children had a fantastic time and left very happy. Thank you for such a memorable visit.

   Good atmosphere wuth Music at a decent level. Was served immediately, Madri was all good. Then ordered Food and Drink through the app. Joe served my Drinks immediately and although fairly quiet it was still fast. He was very Friendly and helpful. Just mulling over ordering a Dessert lol

   Joe was very accommodating. He made sure all our orders are complete and everything we need is addressed. The place is also cozy and quiet for a weekend so it’s a good place to eat at. The serving is adequate (can be a bit large for people who eat small portions only). The quality of food is good as well considering the price. I will comeback to this place to dine and chill.

   I've give this 3 stars(after one bad meal ) after returning 1 star and that's because I could not choose 0) because I've had some decent food here in the past the steak was very nice and the Sunday roast was very nice , today there was no steak to order so I opted for the Korean burger on the picture on the menu the Korean burger looks well coated in a very nice looking sauce and garnished well the burger I received today looked nothing like the picture what so ever it was 2 over cooked chicken burgers with minimal sauce it was a disappointing meal considering the good food I've been served in there in the past , serve meals at least some what like the picture or remove the picture from your menu please Things you could do to improve , dont falsely advertise things you can not produce . I'm coming in again today for a roast dinner hopefully this is going to live up to standards it may put me off future visits if not Well I returned for a Sunday roast ..... what a disappointing roast it was . We were made to wait for 30mins just over and received a dinner that looked like it had been sat there for hours the veg was stewed to a point you couldnt stick a fork in it and pick it up it just turned to mush the beef was full of fat the mash was not mash but smash . I am fully done with spending my money in here now I will avoid this place like the plague . From the looks of how quiet it was today for a Sunday dinner time I think plenty more customers have also noticed the downward spiral this place has taken

   Great food at great prices, Great customer service, the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The burger sliders are abit of a carb overload but would make a great hangover cure or a sharer Spoilt for choice but the Mixed grill never fails.

   Staff were doing their best, but very understaffed. buffet breakfast areas were rarely monitored so had spills and mess and no cups etc several times, also no saucers! Breakfast poorly presented and from the main menu the lasagne was awful....poor taste and texture. Staff were friendly and helpful. Felt that covid wasn't being considered by staff at all
