   I think the returns procedure for Superdry is absolutely diabolical . Once purchased 2 t-shirts off their eBay trader account. Sizes as ever ridiculous and inhumane. Returned and had to contact eBay to get a refund! How disgusting is that? I'm on my second return having again purchased 2 jumpers off their website. Returned only to receive ONE refund when both received at the same time! You have to get others involved to get anywhere! It's safe in store but not online!

   One Male member of Staff in this store is extremely rude. Asked him for a coat for teenagers size or XS size. He asked my son to look in Women’s section instead. I told him politely no and that we need a coat from mens section. He said rudely, upto you then…I dont understand why cant you just wear a womens coat and stormed off! Never visting this store again. Ridiculous behaviour from this staff member.

   Visited today to exchange some joggers. I couldn't find what I wanted. Lovely assistant Hannah was so helpful. They didn't have what I wanted in store so she ordered on line for me. Hannah was pleasant helpful and made my visit so much easier and satisfactory as I came out knowing I would be getting what I wanted. Thankyou Hannah

   Click & collect service, this is how I received my shoes. Opened up at home and horrified at the state, dirty, damaged and off white colour. False advertising on collection date, stated 1 day on website received after 3 days. Lady at Merry Hill (Supervisor) very rude and unhelpful

   I visited the Superdry store in Merry Hill this morning ( 4th December) looking for a jumper in a particular size. I had fantastic customer service from Kaleem, he searched the store high and low for the right size, even going so far as to access the window display. He was extremely pleasant and helpful whilst remaining very professional. Customer service at its best!

   Everything was we'll displayed with all the sale items together. Found a perfect pair of trousers so went to try them on for size. The fitting rooms were clean and easy to find. The best thing about the fitting rooms however was the size. Nice and big. Great sales prices too made me a happy customer.
