    I would rate 0 star if possible. Huge store but is always has very little stock of products. It’s very lifeless - hardly any customers each time I enter and the bunch of staff never ever batter an eyelid but merely stand there looking lost and bored each time that I’ve been there. I will avoid from now on as not like it used to be years ago, hardly any stock in this stores - very sparse

    Selling fur coats and making profit from pure animal cruelty is disgusting. Animals are anally or orally electrocuted beaten to death with a blunt instrument, skinned alive or as in the case of Coyote Dogs leg trapped and shot in the head. Coyote fur used on Canada Goose jackets are not a byproduct of the meat industry, the geese are plucked alive every 6 weeks or so for there down, this is certainly NOT ETHICALLY SOURCED. You simply can not ethically 'leg trap' an animal that can be left for days, only to be then shot in the head at point blank range and then skinned 'humanely'. Your staff seem to have grasp on reality of how disgusting and barbaric these so called "fashion items" are. Intu Merry Hill don't have a sinew of compassion or decency in them and clearly only care about money, so someone needs to let the public know your true colours, you are absolutely disgusting.
