This was the 2nd time I have visited The Heaton for a meal with a large group. Today's Christmas lunch was excellent plenty on the plate it was hot. The staff were friendly polite and attentive. Nice atmosphere good seating area. Will definitely be returning.
I came here last week with my family of 8! The atmosphere was booming, they had a live singer and the food was fabulous! Best curry i’ve tried!! The staff were so polite and the drinks were great. Also the parking is free if your a customer which is great and all i had to do was go to the bar and ask for a code!!
Came here for a random pub lunch. Large car park around the back. Inside was very well presented and we found a great selection of drinks. We had 2 courses from the lunch menu and it was all absolutely amazing! We Will definitely be coming back again. Great staff. Great atmosphere/chilled music selection and great food and drink.
Really enjoyable lunch at The Heatons, very good service and excellent food at a reasonable price. Good menu choices, pleasant atmosphere in lovely surroundings. Plenty of parking at the rear of the pub, but I imagine it would fill up if the restaurant was busy. Will definitely be going back
Five of us went for a Sunday roast yesterday. Excellent food . We had the sirloin (pink) and a well done one, and the chicken. A range of starters. Our two American guests were suitably impressed. Level of service from Fraser was excellent. Good food, good beer, great staff. Good to see it open again.
Fish pie, cheese and onion pie , beef wellington and prawn linguine were ordered and each meal was delicious. Staff were so friendly and added bonus, it’s dog friendly too. Lovely atmosphere to share with friends.
Had an absolutely wonderful Sunday afternoon here. The team were absolutely amazing especially the lady behind the bar. I haven't enjoyed every meal I've had here but they certainly do an amazing Sunday lunch. We took our dogs in and they were made very welcome too. The pitchers of Pimms were so refreshing on a hot sunny afternoon.
Amazing food and service. Quickly becoming my go to local for a pint and food. Lots of variety on the menu with the Cheese and Onion pie a standout dish. On Sundays you need to try the sharing roast, my young lad loves his children Sunday roasts but always tucks into the board too. Additional bonus of a massive beer garden for the days when the sun is out and to have a few beers
