Came in with my family, 10/10 experience. The staff were lovely, felt very welcomed, friendly atmosphere. Nice waitress called izzy brought us desserts and she was great. Would definitely come again xx

Came in for food and it was delicious. Got served by Karolina, she was delightful from when we walked through the door. Very friendly and welcoming. I believe a gentleman called Declan came and checked on our food as we was half way through it. A fantastic experience, will definitely return!

The service is great other than they don’t bring cutlery to the table. The atmosphere is also nice. The tables and menus always feel sticky so would be nice to have the menus laminated so they can be wiped down. The food is the biggest let down. When we went last month, the stuff tasted exactly the same as food you’d get frozen in Iceland. By the time we’d finished our starters which only took about 10 minutes to come out, the waitress asked if we were ready for mains so we assumed she’d inform the chef to start making them. But nope… within 4 minutes, all 3 mains and sides were out. There’s no way that within 15/20 minutes, they managed to make from fresh, numerous starters and 3 completely different mains. The curry tasted frozen or microwaved as the chicken was a bit like mush. The waitresses are lovely though so that’s the only bonus I’d give.

Booked for 16 people for a birthday party. We were seated at separate tables on opposite sides of the room. The food was acceptable but when it was served they brought 1 or 2 items at a time so by the time the last people in the party were served, the ones who had received their food first had finished. Took a birthday cake and candles and asked for it to be served before we had desert. Ended up having to ask for it after desert. Large free car park with disabled spaces near the door and disabled friendly entrance. Toilets were clean but the hand drier took ages to dry your hands.

What a waste of an evening. We booked online for 6:15, but upon arriving there is no staff to announce yourself to or show you to a table. Had to find an empty table ourselves, with the only available one being covered in food and drink stains from the last seating. When drinks were delivered we had to specifically ask for the table to be cleaned. We then waited almost an hour for our starters to arrive. The nachos were very good to be fair, but the chicken wings were lukewarm and okay at best. We then waited half an hour, during which time our empty plates were ignored by the passing waitress numerous times, and nearly two hours after arrival gave up on the mains and asked for a refund so we could leave. Staff were polite but just far too few of them. This place has been understaffed and shoddily ran for far too long. We've given it numerous second chances but will not be returning again.

The food was okay and we was having a nice evening until my baby badly burned his hand due to what I can only presume is lack of training and professionalism. The waitress had been making numerous mistakes through out the evening which we let slide until she decided to place a piping hot pudding directly in front of my 8 month old baby who the same second immediately reached out and put his hand on! I have been a waitress in previous years and I was trained to warn customers about very hot food/plates and about placing hot meals in front of children. This was a very upsetting experience and a memory we will not forget so all I ask is that you please train your staff on this specific area.

The staff here were all lovely. Nice sized car park with disabled bays right outside the main door. Kids play area inside with supervision. Menu was plentiful and cheaper than a lot of other places we have visited. The dessert menu was fabulous - we tried the Black Forest Sundae. Can't wait for our next visit here.
