   my partner and I are regular customers, but i reserved the area at the back of the pub to surprise him on his birthday. morgan helped me with answering all of my questions during the booking, she was so helpeful throughout the whole process. they were also very accommodating with all of my requests. during the actual event the team was always nice, polite and helpful. i personally didn't have any food during the party, but most people had some pizzas and chicken wings and everyone said the food was very good! totally recommend booking for a party or to just go on a normal day! favourite place in sale!

   Never eaten here so can't comment on that but it's a nice place for a few beers. Clean enough with a good selection and the staff are great. Had a few nights here and it's always a good laugh. Great place to watch sports without being overly raucous.

   Great pub/sports bar. Good selection of lagers including Camden Hells and lots of big screen to watch sports. Two pints and a coke was £15 approx. Very friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The food was cheap and cheerful, a good deal for the money. Kids loved the burgers/fried chicken. They do a £7 deal including some drinks or £2 extra for another selection of drinks, including a pint of Amstel. We paid £25 for 3 deals (two extra drinks).

   Was ok, a little too much like being at Wetherspoons although slightly better, well it would be hard to be worse! I would come again at some point as was lively for an early Friday night, quite a few people but which all looked to be meeting friends. Is a good meeting place in Sale with close access to the many other bar and restaurant establishments. Not ideal for a romantic night out but has a friendly atmosphere in a pleasant surrounding.

   Amazing place - really friendly staff, very welcoming. Food is good and reasonably priced. The burger and a drink deal is a winner as you can get your drink for £1 extra. Would definitely recommend!!

   Came here as most other places were busy with 45min waits for food or tables. Hardly anyone in but food still took half an hour to arrive. Kids mac and cheese and sausages, chips and beans were decent. However, the subs that they do were really not good. The bread was basically inedible and had clearly been lying around for a few days. It just fell apart and was chalky and dry. The "posh" fish finger sub was ridiculous - you get three fish fingers that are smaller than standard birds eye fish fingers to fit in a whole sub. The fried chicken one had more filling which was OK but still not loads. Neither of us could eat the bread it was that bad unfortunately. The menu in here seems to have changed every time I visit and this one seems quite nice but I won't be going back for food as it seems they go for cheap ingredients and there's so many better options throughout Sale.

   Open plan single room pub opposite Sale Town Hall. Chose a lovely pint of Wainwright. Very good. Doom bar was off. (Thankfully.) Landlord was the other real ale on offer. Good start to a evening out. Well worth a visit.
