   River island Tamworth. I'm sorry I do not know the name of the lady that helped me yesterday. Originally from Cyprus. Very knowledgeable about the products and trends and amazing customer service. Very patient too while waiting fir my husband to reply on my phone from Spain too. Five stars.

   Not been for a while I had stopped going 5 years or so ago as didn't like the direction there styles were going, pleased to report they are heading back to a cool selection of stock where at least now they have a broader selection of styles/Colors. You should be able to find something you like. Staff are helpful and the store has a good vibe.

   The customer service was so helpful! I found a dress I wanted but they didn't have my size in stock, so I checked the website to order online, but even though I had only just signed up, I didn't get a discount and no free delivery. We asked the staff for help, and one lovely lady helped by offering to order online for us with free delivery and the discount! Very much on the pricey side but good quality clothes.

   The wife was interested into buying something for a wedding, problem is can't tell the customer from the assistants (No uniforms) not just this store but others as well should have to go on sales courses how to address and satisfy customers requirements.

   I'm giving 4 stars as the accessories are lovely I bought 3 handbags and purses. They look designer. Even though more money than I normally spend they are classy. Only downfall is no plus size clothes I could find in shop. But I did manage to order from their website s top in plus size
