   Popped in Saturday 20th December for lunch. Staff on were so lovely and helpful and the range of lunches we ordered were super. I even got a small present for bringing the food plates back. Most enjoyable and all 7 of us had a super time. Merry Christmas. Patrick Burns.

   Did the Christmas menu had to order weeks in advance. Came in today the woman behind bar just pointed to a table thats yours. Waited over half hour for starters. Then Waited another half hours for mains. And as for desert had to chase that twice. No apology at all and no excuse given why the food took so long. Food was just ok when arrived could have been hotter. Staff seemed more interested in mobile phone.......

   The pub has a traditional, cosy vibe but with a modern and lively atmosphere - perfect for any social occasion. The food was lovely, the staff are friendly and the location is convenient. Will definitely be returning :)

   Overall, this is a pleasant place with friendly staff. It works best as a spot for drinks, as the food was underwhelming. Prices are reasonable, but presentation left much to be desired. We ordered the katsu curry, which looked unappetizing, and the portion relied heavily on fries to disguise the very small amount of meat. If you’re coming mainly for good food, this is only an average choice. On the positive side, the dessert was enjoyable. In the end, I’d rate it 3 stars—thanks to the staff and pricing, but the food itself falls .

   Couldn't recommend this place enough! I used to go in every Friday after work at my previous job, and everyone (staff and customer) was always incredibly friendly and make us all feel welcome. I also booked a few tables for my birthday a couple of weeks ago and they were very accommodating. Food is great too!

   We booked our daughters christening here and we couldn't fault a thing. From the moment we enquired with Danielle about having our function here she was so helpful and informative. Danielle made really good suggestions regarding food for the buffet, nothing was to much trouble for her. Everything ran smoothly on the day, the food was lovely and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend if your thinking of booking a function here.
