   I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered when speaking with Mark at Parts Plus Oldham. He was dismissive, rude, and abrupt throughout the call. When I asked if I could speak to someone else for clarification, he flatly refused and told me they would just say the same thing. I also offered to send a photo of the specific bolt I needed, but he dismissed that too, saying they only deal with the ones he had suggested—without any interest in helping further. It felt like Mark had no intention of being helpful or professional. His attitude was unwelcoming and frankly unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role. Because of this experience, I will not be contacting Parts Plus Oldham again. Very disappointing, and all thanks to someone who clearly chose not to care today. Mark, a little compassion and patience goes a long way.

   Tried to get a new mirror for my van. Took a long time to serve the customer in front of me. When I finally got served it was just a lot of faffing, he finally went to get the mirror, starts unboxing it for some reason, then another 5mins of messing about, then he was apparently logged out of the system and dissapears for 10mins so I ended up leaving without the mirror. The mirror is actually half the price at euro carparts and a quarter of the price on ebay.
