Have used for a replacement turbo on my car. Time scale was good and service offerred was fantastic. They also cover bodywork and restoration. Went out of here way when a problem occurred. Will use again.
They fitted a hybrid turbo to my Saab tid. Nice guys. They even stayed late to finish my car as I got there late. This was March 2017 and the turbo is still good 20,000 miles later.
Blocked me from contacting him for asking him questions regarding his work! Sent 2 turbos to him for reconditioning for a 335i. The wastegates needed repair. This guy literally cleaned my turbos and welded the wastegates! cheap cowboy fix. I could have done that myself. He was supposed to repair the mechanism by replacing it with a new one. When I asked him about it on whattsapp he told me he's driving and he will call back, he didn't and he subsequently blocked me. Cowboy job, terrible customer relations. Its better to pay a little more and get your turbos fixed properly by someone whos not just looking for a quick buck.
I cannot recommend Turbo-Shop more! Purchased a new turbo for my BMW, the guys fitted the turbo quickly and is now running smoothly again. Great customer service and all round reliable company.
great fast service. Bought a turbo for my Jeep. MY own mechanic fitted it but couldn't get the car to work correctly. He was changing all sorts of parts, saying new turbo was faulty. I took my car to the turbo garage and they found a faulty intercooler pipe within an hour. Even collected new pipe for me at Oldham Jeep. They fitted new pipe and car collected next day. I will use again. great communication while all this was happening. Thanks guys.
