Be very wary of ordering parts from this shambles of a business. I ordered what was advertised as a brand new clock spring for an Audi A1. Had the part diagnosed and fitted by Midland VW, yet after less than 5 weeks the part failed. Got in contact with seller and placated all warranty requirements yet no refund or replacement offered. In the end I got full refund from PayPal however I am still £100 out of pocket for diagnostic work which the company should be liable for under Section 23 consumer rights act, but I simply could not be arsed instigating claim through the small claims court. Despite several messages the owner mohammed simply went incognito ignoring all subsequent contact. I have an honest held belief that the part was a reconditioned item as it came with a "German breakers' foil seal on the edge indicative of items that have been reconditioned. I may be wrong but over 23 years as a vehicle examiner and motor trade experience lend me to this belief. I have subsequently reported this matter to trading standards
