This is crazy. I booked my car to be serviced at Halfords Oldham. Not only is the service there 3 out of 5, but two weeks later I got a parking ticket for Halfords. This is too much in my opinion. If I could give it a -5, I would give it that. I now have to pay that £60. Thank you so much Halfords!!! I do not recommend Halfords to anyone, to anyone.
The man at the till fitted me in a day earlier than I was originally booked. Headlight bulbs changed really quick which was brilliant.
Booked for Full service and MOT, They just did oil change and MOT, and to do that, they took whole day, no communication, no clarity nothing. Why did i pay extra for all safety checks? I got there’s report via email, all it says is N/A Didn’t change Air filter, nor did any checks.
The equipment (dash cam) is great and the guys did the best the could with the installation, but looks like there wasn't enough cable for them to fit it neatly round the edge. As a result it's been fitted diagonally across the ceiling so looks a mess. If the ordering system asked what vehicle it was going into, there would be opportunity for the staff to have the right installation kit.
Just quick review about the how helpful the lad was on the cycling section. I booked a free slot for him to take a look at my daughters bike and he did it there and then fixed what needed to be fixed. He was attentive and great at his job. Thank you
I had a problem with my headlights and Indicators. Mike diagnosed a blown headlight and a weak indicator. He dealt with the issues and I was soon back on the road with peace of mind, and working lights. Fantastic Service.
Actually can't fault them. Had our car in this week for MOT and it failed. Was told to bring it in to be hooked up to computer to find all faults.. car was taken today and everything was explained what was wrong. MOT was free with the club.. I'd 100% use the oldham store again and will be using it for the new car. Thanks guys
Went into this store to trail an e-bike, went through everything, and quickly and efficiently sorted out the bike ready for me to ride, adjusted the seat again so I could get on to it with ease, and went through the power settings and how to use it. I didn't go far with the bike as I had not ridden in a while, I needed to get my confidence back, I was back in the store with the bike less than an hour later, I needed to know I could still ride a bike with ease as I have arthritis. The time you get for trialing a bike is great, so you can give it a good test, you need to leave a deposit and when you take the bike back you get it back, providing there is no damage to the bike but this was not a problem.
Called I'm today to have a look at baby car seats. Really had no idea what we were looking for, as it was for our granddaughter. Spoke to a really friendly and helpful member of Staff , who gave us all the information we needed. So then felt really confident to purchase . Thank you Halfords Oldham .
Website is easy to use and gives a selection of products to choose from at varying price options that are suitable for all pockets. The staff were friendly and efficient and fitted the car part I purchased quickly and efficiently too. Would definitely recommend.
