Used Harrods to buy a new battery, which should have been a simple job to fit. The chap ( sorry didn't get his name )on the counter couldn't have been more helpful, was fantastically knowledgeable which resulted in me avoiding what could have been a very expensive mistake. Would definitely recommend.
Needed some copper bolts for an exhaust system of car. I appreciate the dedication with which the customer service desk looked into. My first time there and will definitely visit again for my motoring needs.
