   Ive always found buying a car quite daunting as you never know what you’re going to get and i don’t really know much around cars to begin with. I dont write much reviews but have to go out my way to say the friendliness and level of service received was second to none. Needed a car and lucky for me i found these guys. Clearly explained the ins and outs and i left a happy customer. Car runs perfectly and will definitely be using them again whenever i next need a car or any work doing. Highly recommend.    I bought a car from this place not long ago my Audi A5 S Line which I had requested them to get for me on delivery, the car was immaculate and well prepped when I seen it in person, the person dealing with me was absolutely amazing, very honest, reliable and friendly individual caused me no hassle whatsoever. I have been back several times for service and car parts and honestly can’t find anyone better, best prices for parts and labour. Would most definitely recommend giving them a go if you are looking for a car from themselves or any sort of repair or maintenance work.

   Brilliant service from castle mill parts, was in urgent need of a new steering rack for my car. They had one on the shelf ready and waiting for me. Item was in better condition then expected, delivery was also super quick! Ordering the part over the phone was stress free and communication was very professional. Would use again and would refer to friends and family.

   Excellent service! Found some car parts I wanted on Ebay - phoned them up, confirmed details and price. They weren't expecting to offer delivery, however nothing was too much trouble - they quickly found a courier and price and shipped the same day.    The worst experience ever I had. If You want to avoid problems do not use the Hermes delivery service. Their liar couriers are faking deliveries to tick off their list and stating that parcel was delivered and signed for, however there's no evidence but... Seller us trying not to take full responsibility over resolving this issue. Being a customer You'll be left in darkness, so do yourself a favour and bother by cancelling the order as soon as You see parcel delivery via Hermes...
