    Bought a S5 bosh battery of these guys 1 year and five days ago, it had a 3 year warranty on it. I have an insurance black box on it. The car was parked up for 3 weeks and the battery has completely gone dead. I took it in to Motor Factors and they refused to honour the warranty. And tried to say there’s something wrong with my car These guys are proper Cowboys. I’m going to buy one from Manchester Tps original VW distributors.

    Horrible service You have to wait forever to collect your parts at the counter Staff doesn’t care And most of them just sitting there having a chat Might aswell go get the parts instead of wasting our times

    I had a terrible experience at Napa auto parts. The front desk staff the BOLD guy was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had a horrible attitude toward customers. Instead of being helpful, he acted like assisting customers was a burden. No greeting, no basic courtesy just dismissive and unfriendly service. The bold guy need to be sacked! If you value good customer service, I’d suggest going elsewhere. A business is only as good as the way it treats its customers, and based on my experience, this place needs serious improvement. Definitely not returning! YOU NEED TO DO BETTER.
