    Liv assisted us in store late yesterday, as we explored the best fashion look for my daughter's new job roll. Liv is a bright knowledgeable customer focused staff member, she really engaged with our requirements, making great suggestions for layering and blending of textures, colours and shapes to enhance my daughters frame and personality - it felt like we had our own personal shopper. If you have a fashion requirement, then pop into the Leeds store for friendly assistance and ask for Liv, who helped a mother and daughter to have an enjoyable shopping experience and come away with some great fashion looks that will work well for my daughter in her new job - thank you Liv.

    Bought a dress which is lovely, however, there was a tiny hole in the back which I didn’t notice at the time of purchase. I took it back and there were no quibbles, they exchanged it and apologised, which wasn’t necessary as it was hard to spot. I can definitely recommend this store, staff are very helpful but not pushy. Quality and sizing of clothes are excellent.

    Lovely shop and staff, just the opening times are an issue. I've twice visited after work within the Google opening times, only to find it shut. Really puts me off Click and Collect as trekking over to Victoria Gate has become very hit or miss.

    A lovely store. I always pop in when in Leeds. I visited on Friday 16th and bought some t-shirts. The lady who helped me was excellent - extremely helpful and friendly. Sorry I don't know her name!
