I have bought a few dresses from Roman online and had to return one to the Leeds store for an exchange. One staff member at the store were very unhelpful and rude basicly telling me there was nothing they could do because i couldnt find my online receipt. The lady in charge told me to go home and ring head office who would have to deal with it even though at one point she was going to ring them instore herself, she was put off by a poor staff member who was learning but proceeded to shout at the girl saying thats not how things were done,as she was writing out a price ticket, she quite obviously has no people skills whatsoever and has herself only basic customer service skills. She should not be a supervisor Avoid this store !!
